Five stars don't seem to be enough as this company, it's owner, and the technician who came to my home all deserve the highest praise for their customer service, their politeness, as well as their detail to making sure the problem they fix is in perfect condition.
I initially emailed the owner, Jerry Garcia, after getting a referral through my Nextdoor App and along with attaching photos explained what my locked door problem seemed to be. He responded within five minutes and asked specific questions which helped to clarify the door lock problem. He worked with me through various emails and then said he'd send his technician out on Monday. This was late on a Friday.
Monday morning his technician, Pedro, showed up and within 20 minutes fixed the problem, put everything back together again, and made sure it was perfect.
I highly recommend this company. It is a pleasure to work with such professional people.
